Ms. Devshree Golecha is a seasoned Technology Leader with 12 years of experience leading enterprise wide Analytics, Six Sigma Process Improvement, Automation, and Optimization projects. She serves as the Data Analytics Leader at TDECU. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Quality Improvement and Statistics at the University of Houston. She has been featured in P.O.W.E.R (Professional Organization for Women In Excellence Recognized), the international magazine for women. Ms. Golecha has been the Keynote Speaker at several conferences including Baylor College of Medicine, American Society of Quality, Minitab world conference. She represents Harvard Business School digital programs as the Regional Community Leader from Texas. She has an MBA (Finance), PMI accredited Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, IASSC Certified LSSBB and LSSGB, and attended Credential for Readiness CORe Program at Harvard Business School and Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Data Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology
Vivian Ho - Nguyen
Vivian is a certified healthcare quality professional (CPHQ) and quality auditor (CQA) with 15 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, risk management, and auditing. She is currently employed with Harris Health System, where she serves as the leader of the accreditation team. Under her leadership, Harris Health System successfully transitioned from The Joint Commission to DNVGL NIAHO accreditation in 9 months. Within the first 3 years under the new accreditation organization, Our team has worked tirelessly with key stakeholders to prepare the organization to achieve ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification. Prior to joining Harris Health System, Vivian worked with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) Southwest hospital as a Performance Improvement Project Manager
Vivian graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor's Degree of Science and was trained as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. She has a Master's of Business Administration concentrating on Corporate Finance and Healthcare Management.
Mrs. Shanna Doucet is a licensed registered nurse with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. She joined the Texas Gulf Coast Association for Healthcare Quality in 2015 and began serving on the Board of Directors as the Secretary in 2016 and President 2018-2019. Her passion for quality led her to obtaining her CPHQ credentials.
Mrs. Doucet has practiced professionally in many quality related roles and served as a volunteer on the 2013 and 2014 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners. In addition to this, she continues to serve as a team leader and examiner for the Quality Texas Foundation, Texas Award for Performance Excellence. Mrs. Doucet is currently a doctoral student in Arizona State University’s PhD in Nursing and Healthcare Innovation program. She holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University and a baccalaureate degree in Nursing from South University. She is certified in Healthcare Quality, Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt and Organization Suggestion Systems Management. Mrs. Doucet has extensive experience building high performance teams and leading organizational excellence.
Jacqueline McLean, RN
Jacqueline McLean is the Nurse Program Manager for the Harris Health System House Call Service, Houston, Texas. She is a licensed registered nurse with more than 22 years of Healthcare experience. Her experience includes home health nursing, population health, case management and care coordination. Ms. McLean holds a graduate degree in Nursing Education from Prairie View A & M University: College of Nursing. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Arlington College of Nursing. Mrs. McLean also has certifications in Diabetes Education, Nursing Education and Clinical Case Management.
Alma Rodriguez, MHA, BBA, CQA
Alma Rodriguez serves as the Secretary for the Texas Gulf Coast Association for Healthcare Quality. She has over 12 years of experience in accreditation and regulatory affairs. In her role as an Accreditation Program Manager for Harris Health System, Ms. Rodriguez has the opportunity to work with key stakeholders and process owners to ensure compliance is achieved and maintained. She develops training materials and education plans for continual survey readiness and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) standards. Ms. Rodriguez’ passion for quality and patient safety led her to achieve certification as a quality auditor. She has enjoyed assessing conformance of the QMS to organizational and standard requirements as an Internal Quality Auditor for 4 years.

Karle is a Project Manager for UnitedHealthcare Community & State. She currently oversees the project implementation process with a specific goal to help members live healthier lives through innovative pilots. Prior to this role, she was a project manager at Harris Health System, where she utilized her skills to improve and transform Medicaid Managed Care for members throughout the Houston area. Karle holds a Masters of Public Administration from New York University and a marketing degree from Hampton University.

Kim Rogers is a Registered Nurse who currently holds the position of Program Manager/Performance Improvement at Harris Health System-Ambulatory Care Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Prairie View A & M University and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Prairie View A & M University. Mrs. Rogers has devoted more than twenty years of nursing service devoted to patient-centered care, chronic disease management, and healthcare quality. Mrs. Rogers is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Nursing Association, and the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing. Mrs. Rogers enjoys traveling, singing, and physical fitness.

Christine Victorian, RN, MSN, BSN, CMCN, CPHQ
Christine Victorian is a Registered Nurse who currently holds the position of Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Harris Health System - Ambulatory Care Services. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and Master of Science Degree from the University of Texas - Arlington with a focus in Nursing Administration and Education. In 1998, after 5 years in the clinical setting, Mrs. Victorian has embarked on more than 20 years in her career devoted to her patients in managed care, population health, disease management, and healthcare quality. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Certified Managed Care Nurse (CMCN) from the American Board of Managed Care Nurses (AAMCN). Mrs. Victorian is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. In addition, she is a member of the American Society of Quality and National Association of Healthcare Quality. When not pursuing her nursing passions, Ms. Victorian enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Victorian joined the Texas Gulf Coast Association for Healthcare Quality (TGCAHQ) as the Education Director. She is looking forward to contributing to the mission and vision of TGCAHQ, to the design, development, and implementation of strategies to enhance the education program and to facilitate a patient safety collaborative forum.

Angela Ramos has served as Harris Health System’s Human Resources’ branding partner for 3 years. She comes from a recruitment and marketing background for the past 7 years. Angela has created departmental newsletters and internal communications that have been recognized with the Gold Marcom Awards for 2017. She brings strong technology & communication skills with a passion for business success!
Director of Digital Transformation and User Experience
Giovanni Rueda-Anguiano is a Nursing Operations Coordinator II for the Executive Nursing Practice Group at Harris Health System. He works alongside a team that focuses on developing and supporting structures, processes, and programs that facilitate the advancement of professional nursing practice and improvement of patient outcomes. He also currently co-manages the Nursing Clinical Advancement Program (NCAP) which is focused on nurse driven outcomes. Giovanni has a passion for streamlining processes, improving user experience and satisfaction. Most recently Giovanni was part of the Harris Health System website redesign project that improved engagement of overall site visits from 250,000 to 400,000 in the first year of introduction. He is an avid LSU fan, and cheers for the Tigers whenever possible. He enjoys bargain hunting with his wife and loves taking road-trips with his three dogs.
