Faced with a diminishing workforce, health systems are under pressure to not only improve nursing workflows but make sure nurses are doing well. Dr. Christine Gall, DrPH, MS, BSN, Chief Nurse Officer, Collette Health
Dr. Christine Gall is a highly accomplished healthcare visionary with more than three decades of experience in the industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge on Patient Safety and Engagement, Quality, and Public Health. She has extensive clinical expertise in med-surg, pediatric clinical and critical care, oncology, and blood and marrow transplant. She brings both visionary and clinical excellence to Collette Health's virtual observation solutions. She has led clinical teams in the inpatient, outpatient and home care arenas. As the Chief Nursing Officer at Collette Health, she is the driving force behind our clinical innovation initiatives. Dr. Gall works closely with our clients to seamlessly integrate virtual patient safety solutions with the clinical workflows of caregivers on the floor. She collaborates with our product and clinician-led implementation teams to apply human-centered AI, bringing new use cases and applications to life. Her guidance helps enhance workflows, lower the cost of care, and improve quality outcomes. With Dr. Gall's expertise, our providers can proactively intervene as an extension of the local care team, positively impacting outcomes.
Prior to joining Collette Health, she advised T-Mobile on developing virtual care strategies for healthcare. She has also held roles such as Corporate AVP at HCA Healthcare and Director of Quality at Virtual PICU Systems. Dr. Gall's experience includes working as a Pediatric Nurse as well as developing novel programs that address unmet healthcare needs, including a medical day program for technology dependent children and leading a community consortium to open the first child advocacy center in the Fox Cities, Wisconsin.
