Dr Andria Cardinalli-Stein is an Internal Medicine physician based in Tyler, Texas who serves as VP Quality, Ambulatory Chief Quality Officer for CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic (CTC) which is a multi-specialty group of over 5,100 clinicians and associates with 240 clinics in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
In her 16 years at CTC she has served on the Physician Board of Directors, as Chair of the Peer Review Committee, and as chair of the Ambulatory Quality Committee as well as contributing to subcommittees of Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Infection Prevention, Antibiotic Stewardship, Ambulatory Steering (aimed at providing governance for new tools within the electronic medical record), and numerous workgroups aimed at improving the quality and safety of the care provided at CTC.
She also contributes regularly to educational conferences for clinicians and clinical associates touching on topics of evidence-based clinical care, optimizing a team approach to patient care, and sharing best practices for clinical care and for patient safety. The vision statement of the Quality Committee truly inspires her daily work: “We aim to effectively use the resources available to help CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic clinicians efficiently provide safe, evidence-based, high quality care.”

Kerrie Griffin, RN, BSN, MBA-HC, CLNC, CPHQ

Kerrie Griffin is a Registered Nurse, with 23 years of experience in emergency care, hospital administration, the pharmaceutical industry, and risk management. Her deep healthcare expertise helps her to evaluate gaps in care and improve the patient experience.
Kerrie began at CHRISTUS eight years ago as a risk manager and now holds the title Director of Clinical Risk Management. She has a passion for patient safety and risk, specifically the creation and institution of policies to improve patient safety. She developed a culture to report risk events accurately and efficiently, and alongside her team, developed a Just Culture Methodology related to risk events.
