Previously, she served as the Interim Chief Legal Counsel for an international healthcare company operating in four countries, and she practiced with Foley, Baron, Metzger & Julip, PLLC, heading the Healthcare Law Department. Her law firm practice included compliance, risk management, healthcare professional licensing defense, business/corporate law, employment law, pharmacy law, PSO/PSES (PSWP) development, audit response/defense/mitigation, independent internal and parallel investigations, contracting and other fields of healthcare and life sciences law, and all related training for healthcare entities, practitioners and practitioner organizations, and other businesses and associations in the healthcare and life sciences industries.
