Martie L. Moore is a senior healthcare executive and transformational leader with a distinguished career spanning more than three decades across integrated health systems, senior living, and the broader healthcare industry. Renowned for her strategic leadership and ability to navigate complexity, she has consistently driven enterprise-wide transformation, aligning clinical excellence with operational and financial performance.
Her expertise spans value-based care, population health, and large-scale clinical redesign. As Chief Nursing Officer at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, Martie led the organization to achieve Magnet® designation, advancing nursing excellence, strengthening professional practice, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
She is also a recognized innovator in the integration of emerging technologies, including AI and VR/AR, into clinical care delivery and workforce development.
