Ms. Devshree Golecha is the President-Elect of the Texas Gulf Coast Association of Healthcare Quality. She has been featured in P.O.W.E.R, the international magazine for women. She is a seasoned Quality Professional and Technology Leader with 10 years of experience leading enterprise-wide Six Sigma Process Improvement, Automation, and Optimization projects. Currently, she serves as Associate Vice President, Analytics at EXL. She is currently an Adjunct Professor of Quality Improvement and Statistics at the University of Houston. She Represents Harvard Business School online programs as the Regional Community Leader and is Chair of Communication for ASQ Houston. She has an MBA (Finance), is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, IASSC Certified LSSBB and LSSGB and attended Credential for Readiness CORe Program at Harvard Business School and Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan.
Guest Speakers
Shrey Lakhotia is a graduate of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where he completed his Master of Public Health in Quantitative Methods. He is leading an interdisciplinary venture team from Harvard and MIT which is working on solving the problem of alarm fatigue in emergency rooms using machine learning, which won the Innovation Award from the school. Currently, he is part of the Venture Incubation Program offered by the Harvard Innovation Lab at the Harvard Business School. He is working with the technology licensing office at MIT for translating research into real-world application. He is also part of a project with MIT and IBM on identifying the characteristics of non-adherent patients which is not yet described in detail by using Natural Language Processing to identify such patients from discharge notes and characterize them. He strongly believes that health and wealth together would make the biggest impact in the coming decade
Samrat Kishor is a Technology and Strategy Consultant with over a decade of rich experience working with firms like GT, KPMG, Deloitte and presently Accenture Strategy. He advises businesses on emerging technology trends and innovative business models driven by technology and design. He is a strong believer in open innovation and is presently contributing to AI and Blockchain technology as a member of NASSCOM’s industry-focused groups. He is on the board of 2 technology startups and mentors a couple of others under Govt. Of India’s Startup India Program. He is also a Mentor of Change at Govt. Of India’s Atal Innovation Mission.
